"'Chongzi' (bug seed) is a public sculpture artwork that revolves around a timeline, encompassing site-specific installations, creators' responses, and public engagement. Within the San Gu San Tu Art Project, artists utilize agricultural waste as a medium, pondering the potential of the waste generated between crops and food. As the project's foundation lies in Uray, Taichung, a rice-producing area, the team naturally delves into this direction, contemplating a portion derived from plants that is voluminous, lightweight, resonant, fragrant, moldable, and extracted from plants—rough bran.
